To showcase:
*black-owned businesses creative talent in the black community
*black professionals of note
*good works being carried out by black social enterprises
and voluntary groups
*outstanding black youth

Educational achievement
BUILD
* Encourage the support of black businesses and organisations
(spend money with them, go to their events, use their service,
buy their products)
* Encourage new black businesses, and exponential growth
of existing businesses
* Create business clusters and supportive local networks.
* Share knowledge through articles, newsletters, social
networks, courses and conferences.
* Connect potential business partners, investors or mentors
* To build confidence and ambition into young people through
appointments and mentoring weekends
